This is a very important episode about a topic that every entrepreneur ( and every woman) needs to master. That’s right, we need to talk about BOUNDARIES. Even though boundaries are incredibly important, we often struggle with setting them up and MAINTAINING them. Boundaries can come with a lot of guilt, especially for women!
But as an entrepreneur or someone with a side biz, it is ESSENTIAL that you communicate them… and remain firm.
What does it look like when you’re running a business without boundaries? It looks like clients calling you up at 9 pm. It looks like customers with demands that make no sense and leave you scrambling to keep them happy. It’s a whole lot of unnecessary stress that you wouldn’t be dealing with — if only you set boundaries and stuck by them!
In this episode, I share three important things to keep in mind when setting your boundaries. And remember, the harder a boundary is to set, the more necessary it is!
