Maxine Choy is a Health Coach who helps women transform their lives by learning to let go of their fear of uncertainty so they can start taking action to change their lives. Maxine is a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach working with women to assist them in achieving attainable health and fitness goals by practicing mindfulness, consistency and accountability. She is also a Yoga and Pilates teacher, providing online classes, either in groups or one-on-one.

She believes that maintaining a balanced life is more important for your personal health and well-being, especially in the fast-paced, modern world we are living in. She works directly with her clients to guide them through simple technique to help them sustain a balanced diet, alongside personal fitness, with a goal to improve and stabilize their overall health and well-being.

Being in the Health and Wellness industry since 2014, she has witnessed the need for women to get out of their own way and start setting real intentions, making serious commitments and putting direct action in place in order for them to see any results.

She is a proud mother to her teenaged daughter, an avid writer and loves photography. She is a also a published Author who recently launched her 12 Week Gratitude Journal and is part of the series of 365 Empowering Stories Book, released in September 2019 and is available on
Amazon.

She has hosted Wellness Retreats for women, participated in workshops, forums and entrepreneur empowerment meet-ups sharing her passion about wellness and the importance of self-care.

She believes that when you live a balanced life, you can easily offset any negative events or emotions with positive ones. She believes we all have the power to make better choices, it's what our minds tell us that stops us.
