Have you ever skipped down the street and not had a big smile on your face? It’s pretty much impossible. In this episode of the Shine to Five Method podcast, I am talking with Kericia Gowrie, a fitness coach who focuses on improving the way ‘everyday’ people move and experience life, all about movement and the powerful impact it can have on your mindset.
Kericia teaches that movement is the foundation of your life both for your physical health and mental wellbeing. And explains how your body is truly your one true permanent home, it helps you show up and engage with life and that’s why it’s so important to take care of it through movement.
In this episode she shares her tips for starting and sticking with a fitness routine and the secret behind why a lot of people don’t keep up with it, and why starting your day with movement is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
If you are looking to shift into a more active lifestyle or just want to know more about how you can use movement to improve your mindset, then this episode is for you.
